Johnny Griffith                                             Baseball  

I provide hitting, pitching, fielding, and strength/conditioning instruction.

I currently work out of a facility in Parker, Colorado but I am flexible on location. I can work with individuals, as well as groups of 2-6 players.

I am excited for the offseason and being able to help players grow and develop their skills.

Sean Barry                                                   Baseball  

Former Division 1 pitcher at the University of San Diego, and then drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 2017. 

I focus on pitching mechanics, pitch development, throwing programs, arm care, controlling the running game, and the overall mental game. Based in Denver, Colorado. I look forward to helping your athletes flourish!
